KOEL has world class and state-of-the-art diesel engines and generating sets manufacturing facilities at Khadki (Pune) and Kagal (Kolhapur) in India.
For domestic market, the Kirloskar Green Gensets are also manufactured and sold by KOEL's nationwide authorised generating set original equipment manufacturers. Generating sets manufactured by KOEL AGOEM's are as per the design, specifications and quality standards laid by KOEL.
For Overseas market the generating sets are manufactured at our manufacturing facility at Kagal, sold and serviced by our countries distributors.
Khadki manufacturing unit
Our Khadki facility is certified for ISO14001 and OHSAS 18001 (for best environment, health and safety practices).
The 6R, SL, 4K, 6K and DV series engines are manufactured at this unit.
Kagal manufacturing unit
KOEL established a world-class manufacturing plant at Kagal. Our Kagal unit comprises facilities for the machining of major engine components, assembly, testing and canopy manufacturing.
The Kagal unit employs cutting-edge technology and ultra-modern assembly and testing facilities such as acoustic testing facilities. It has also been certified by OHSAS 18001 (integrated certificate for EMS), for best environment, health and safety practices.
The canopy manufacturing facility at Kagal is best-in-class with a fully automatic 11 stage pre-treatment and powder-coating facility, the first of its kind in India. Powder-coating significantly improves the engine quality and aesthetics.
