Mr. Atul C. Kirloskar received education in Engineering at Worcester Polytechnic at Worcester, Mass, U. S. A. He has also practical experience in the engineering field. Initially, he was holding charge of the Automotive Division of Kirloskar Cummins Ltd.

Vice Chairman
Mr. Sanjay C Kirloskar did his graduation in Mechanical Engineering from Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago, U.S.A. He underwent practical training in a number of Kirloskar Group Companies. Mr. Sanjay Kirloskar is presently the Chairman and Managing Director of Kirloskar Brothers Limited. Mr. Sanjay Kirloskar was actively involved in visualizing and developing various Joint Venture Companies. He is associated with various chambers of commerce in senior positions.

Joint Managing Director
Mr. Gautam A. Kulkarni was Managing Director of Kirloskar Filters Limited for and period of 12 years prior the merger of Kirloskar Filters Limited with Kirloskar Oil Engines Limited. He has also worked with Kirloskar Brothers Limited as Vice President. He has an overall experience of more than twelve years as a Corporate Executive.

Director - Operations
Mr. Rajendra R. Deshpande, who is a Graduate in Mechanical Engineering, joined the Company in July 1977. He worked for Small, Medium and Large Engines. He started Ancillary Development Department in the Company. During his tenure as a Business Unit Head, Medium Engines Business Group has become the largest Strategic Business Unit amongst the KIRLOSKAR group.

Mr. Rahul C. Kirloskar is qualified as B.S. (Mechanical Engineering) USA. Mr. Kirloskar has been at senior levels in different capacities with the Kirloskar Group of Companies for more than 17 years. Presently, he is working as Director )Exports) in Kirloskar Oil Engines Limited.
Mr. Rahul Kirloskar actively participated in intensive course of top management professionals of major international companies on Total Quality Management (TQM) in Japan, conducted by Japanese Union of Scientists and Engineering (JUSE). The course exposes professionals, who are quality conscious, to the latest methods prevailing in Japan in TQM. He has over twelve years of experience in the field of management and business operations. He is also on the Board of several companies.

Mr. Vikram Shreekant Kirloskar graduated from Massachusetts Institute of Technology in the USA with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and has been trained in various Companies in India and abroad in different capacities. He is responsible for setting up successful Joint Venture Companies like Kirloskar Toyoda Textile Machinery Ltd., Toyota Kirloskar Motor Private Limited and Toyota Kirloskar Auto Parts Private Limited

A Chartered Accountant, Mr. V K Bajhal has over forty years of experience in the field of Finance, Marketing and HRD. He has worked with Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC), in India and abroad in different positions heading the regions and divisions of LIC. He headed the marketing division of Western Zone of LIC and also was Chief [Organisation Improvement Cell- HRD] where he worked in close association with the International Consultants M/s Booz Allen and Hamilton for re-organisation/ restructuring of LIC.

Dr. Kalyani, the founder and Chairman of Kalyani Group of Companies, progressive agriculturist and pioneer of co-operative movement in South Maharashtra, hails from family of renowned agriculturists and traders. He served on the Boards of various Government organizations and was also on the Advisory Board of the Geneva based World Economic Forum. He was also associated with various chambers of commerce at senior positions. He was conferred 'Padma Shri' for his outstanding contribution in the field of agriculture, Industry and Co-operation.

Rao, former Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer of Larsen & Toubro Limited, is a B.E. in Electrical Engineering; Post Graduate from the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore in Power Engineering; Post Graduate from Bombay University in Industrial Management; has studied Advanced Management at the Harvard Business School and at Stanford University U.S.A.
He was associated with various chambers of commerce and with the Capital Goods Committee of Planning Commission and Development Council for Heavy Electrical Industries and Earthmoving Machinery, Govt. of India.

Mr. R Srinivasan is presently the Managing Director of RAS Transformation Technologies, which provides Corporate Consultancy services to Indian Business Houses in their efforts to transform their organisations. Mr. R. Srinivasan did his graduation in Mechanical Engineering from University of Madras. He underwent practical training with Buckau Wolf, Grevenbroich, and later with M/s Krupp Widia, Essen, West Germany.
He has served Widia, an Indo-German Joint venture Limited initially as a Works Manager and later as its Managing Director till 1994. He is the past Chairman of CII, Karnataka and Governing Council of CMTI, Bangalore. He is the Past President of Greater Mysore Chamber of Commerce and Indian Machine Tool Manufacturers Association.

Mr. Hemendra Kothari represents fourth generation of a family of prominent stockbrokers. He is the ex-President of the Stock Exchange, Mumbai. He is the promoter of DSP Financial Consultants Ltd., which latter became DSP Merrill Lynch Ltd. of which he is Chairman. Mr. Kothari is also the Chairman of DSP Merrill Lynch Investment Managers Ltd. and CII`s Financial Services Committee. He has work experience of over 30 years in Import, Export and Labour matters besides his core area of Finance, Taxation, Financial Restructuring and Company Law. His abilities in Corporate Tax Planning and Finance helped various organisations in which he was employed. He has retired as Director (Finance) from Kirloskar Oil Engines on 31 August 2005.

Mr. Nihal G. Kulkarni, A.B. in Economics from Brown University, USA, has over four years of Experience in the areas of Finance and Investments. He has undergone extensive training with the Kirloskar Group, Toyota Motor Sales, USA and DSP Merrill Lynch. He is currently Vice President in the Kirloskar Pneumatic Limited. He is Vice President and Director of G.G. Dandekar Machine Works Limited., and is also a Director of Kirloskar Consultants Ltd. and G.G. Dandekar Investments Pte. Ltd. a wholly owned subsidiary of G.G. Dandekar Machine Works Limited, incorporated in Singapore.
